Once your order has been placed you will receive up to five 300dpi high resolution PDF files along with a printing guide ready to print at home or at your local print shop.
- ISO Standard File can be printed as A5, A4, A3, A2, A1
- 4:5 Ratio File can be printed to 4x5", 8x10", 12x15", 16x20"
- 3:4 Ratio File can be printed to 6x8", 9x12", 12x16", 15x20" or 30x40cm
- 3:2 Ratio File can be printed to the following sizes 4x6”, 8x12”, 12x18", 16x24"
- 11x14 File is for printing to 11 x 14 inches
You will also receive a Printing Guide with our tips for printing at home and paper choices!

Please have a read below prior to purchasing so that you have the best possible product sent to you as we want you to love your print as much as humanly possible.

How long will my order take?
As each illustration is hand drawn please allow up to 7 working days. Should you need it quicker please reach out to us.
Do I receive any physical items?
This listing does not include a physical item that is posted to you. You can print these digital files at home on your own printer or take them to a print shop of your choice.
Can you combine images into one print?
We can combine images for our Illustrate My Pet/Family/Ride range!
You will see on our product listing there is the option to submit multiple images and then select the amount of people/pets in the print. If you have any requests for placement you can add a note in the special instructions box.
I need another size or file type.
In most cases this is a-ok, just drop us an email at orders@hustleliving.com.au with your order details and what you need and we'll do our best to accomodate.
Where can I print my files?
You can print your files at home, head to anywhere local print shop or department store that has printing facilities or ask your boss (for forgiveness that is he hehe).
